Maharashtra FDA Cancels Cipla Pune Warehouse Licences

The Maharashtra FDA has cancelled the drug sale and distribution licences of Cipla Pharma & Life Sciences' Wadki warehouse in Pune over alleged violations involving Reactin Plus Tablets. The action, passed on October 1, followed fresh proceedings ordered by the Bombay High Court after an earlier August 27 order. The FDA cited misbranding, unauthorised promotional claims, and storage and record-keeping deficiencies.
