An Israeli air attack hit the al-Asala building in Gaza City's Remal neighbourhood early Saturday, killing at least five people and severely wounding six, according to al-Shifa Hospital. No warning preceded the strike, which tore through floors and sparked fires. Rescuers searched rubble for missing people as drones and jets flew overhead.
