External Affairs Minister S Jaishankar said Russia stood by India when its security and territorial integrity were threatened, recalling ties dating to the 1950s. Speaking at the Munich Leaders Meeting in New Delhi, he said India has moved beyond advocacy on the Ukraine conflict, engaging both Moscow and Kyiv on Black Sea shipping safety, grain exports and energy supplies.
