CBI Arrests DGCA Official, Aviation Firm Director in Bribery Case

The CBI has arrested Sushil Kumar Garg, a DGCA Deputy Director (Airworthiness) in Chennai, and Sachin Keshav Bhane, director of Ekvi Air Training Organisation, for allegedly accepting a Rs 2.5 lakh bribe. The bribe was linked to airworthiness certification of the company's aircraft. The CBI will seek transit remand to bring Garg to New Delhi for questioning.
