A Saudi-led coalition struck Houthi targets in Yemen's Hodeidah governorate, saying it hit weapons depots and thwarted a planned Red Sea attack. The Iran-aligned Houthis claimed drone and missile strikes inside Saudi Arabia, including Riyadh's King Khalid International Airport and an Aramco refinery in Rabigh. The escalation follows activation of the Mecca Joint Defence Pact between Saudi Arabia, Pakistan and Turkey.
