A court on Tuesday allowed Reliance Industries to keep marketing its Campa products as "energy drinks," challenging India's food regulator's June 30 ban on the term for high-caffeine beverages. The Delhi High Court questioned why FSSAI didn't issue a notice before the order, with the next hearing set for November 5. Reliance says the ban disrupted its business, with 168 million cans and 120 million bottles in inventory.
