Russia Rules Out Plague in Lab Worker's Contacts

Russia's health watchdog said no plague cases were found among contacts of a Siberian lab worker who died Friday, and about 60% of those quarantined have been released. The WHO confirmed Russia reported no plague in Irkutsk. US Secretary of State Marco Rubio urged Moscow to share more information, saying Washington is watching 'hour by hour'.
