Gulf oil exports have rebounded to over 81% of pre-war levels despite escalating attacks on tankers in the Strait of Hormuz, maritime trackers say. At least seven incidents were reported in the past week, including a Panama-flagged tanker where 12 crew were injured. About 40% of exports now bypass the strait, helping push Brent crude down to $99.57 a barrel.
