Madhya Pradesh Congress staged a dharna outside the Election Commission office in Bhopal on Tuesday, burning an effigy of CEC Gyanesh Kumar to protest the detention of Rahul Gandhi, Priyanka Gandhi Vadra and other leaders in Delhi. State party chief Jitu Patwari vowed to burn effigies of PM Narendra Modi and Kumar in every district until Kumar resigns.
