Russian Strike on Buses in Kramatorsk Kills 33

A Russian glide bomb attack on two civilian buses in Kramatorsk, eastern Ukraine, killed at least 33 people and wounded 18, local officials said. The Donetsk governor accused Russia of deliberately targeting civilians.
