Ukraine has received proposals from India, Turkiye, Egypt and the US to broker limited truces with Russia, Ukrainian Foreign Minister Andrii Sybiha said. India's plan, described as the most comprehensive, would halt strikes on energy facilities and ports, revive Black Sea grain shipments and protect commercial shipping. None aims to end the war.
