Prakash Raj, Dhruv Rathee Lead Bengaluru Protest Against CEC Over SIR

Actor Prakash Raj, YouTuber Dhruv Rathee and CJP founder Abhijeet Dipke led a protest at Freedom Park in Bengaluru on Thursday, demanding the resignation of Chief Election Commissioner Gyanesh Kumar and the scrapping of the Special Intensive Revision (SIR) of electoral rolls. They alleged irregularities and vote deletions targeting minorities and the poor. Organisers said the protest was a people's tribunal for SIR victims and would be followed by a 'Chappal protest' in solidarity with women.
