Harry reveals depression after 2019 Canada move

The Duke of Sussex has said he "slipped into depression for about two weeks" after moving to Canada in 2019, describing an "adrenaline crash" once away from a stressful environment. In a paid online masterclass on grief, Prince Harry also discussed feeling "emotionally numb" after his mother Diana's death and his rule of never being away from family more than 10 days.
