Bryan Cranston bought a Venice, California beach bungalow for $2.5 million in 2007, tore it down and rebuilt it as a 2,450-square-foot net-zero energy home. The LEED Platinum property, designed to produce as much energy as it consumes, sold in 2021 for $5.45 million.
