Monaco Bomb Suspect Points to Ukraine's HUR in BBC Interview

A former Ukrainian security officer, Vitalii Zhykovych, has told the BBC from a Kyiv prison that senior members of Ukraine's military intelligence (HUR) authorised a bomb attack in Monaco that injured businessman Vadym Yermolayev and his family. Zhykovych denies sending the suspected bomber, Anastasia Berezovska, to kill and denies murdering her. HUR has promised a full investigation.
