Indian police detained Cockroach Janta Party founder Abhijeet Dipke and other leaders at Delhi airport on Saturday, as thousands of officers patrolled the capital to block a youth protest demanding the chief election commissioner resign. About 200 protesters were detained, metro stations shut and mobile internet suspended. The movement opposes a voter-list revision that removed some 130 million names.
