Mamata, Kejriwal detained as Delhi CJP protest crackdown widens

Delhi Police detained Trinamool Congress chief Mamata Banerjee and AAP convenor Arvind Kejriwal on Saturday as a Cockroach Janta Party protest demanding Chief Election Commissioner Gyanesh Kumar's resignation over alleged vote theft and the SIR exercise spread across the capital. Around 1,000 protesters were held, with opposition leaders including Pinarayi Vijayan also detained.
