India Slams Pakistan at UN Over Rule of Law

India accused Pakistan at the UN General Assembly of lecturing others on the rule of law while undermining judicial independence, suppressing political opposition, and shrinking minority populations at home. Counsellor Mythili R called Pakistan's claims a tactical diversion, citing new media restrictions and Pakistan's obsession with India. India also defended Operation Sindoor as a measured response to the Pahalgam attack that killed 26 civilians.
