Delhi Police released a video showing CJP founder Abhijeet Dipke being informed of his grandmother's death while in detention, rejecting family claims that delays prevented him from attending the funeral. Police said he was offered travel assistance, which he declined. Dipke and two associates were detained Saturday and released Sunday after preventive arrest.
