Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky said Kyiv is ready to stop strikes on Russian oil refineries if Moscow halts attacks on Ukraine's energy infrastructure. He said any de-escalation must be reciprocal and backed by real guarantees, accusing Vladimir Putin of refusing to stop. The offer comes as US President Donald Trump intensifies criticism of Kyiv's campaign against Russian oil facilities.
