Pranav Constructions Limited has delivered over 14 lakh sq. ft of redeveloped residential space in Mumbai as of March 2026, completing 28 projects that benefited more than 2,450 families. The developer now has 20 projects under construction and plans 18 more, adding over 21 lakh sq. ft across the city.
