Tripura Chief Minister Manik Saha inaugurated and laid foundation stones for 21 projects worth over Rs 40 crore in Unakoti district. He criticised the previous Left Front government for leaving a debt of Rs 13,000 crore, saying development now reaches every sector. Saha also announced GIS master plans for 19 cities and satellite towns in Dharmanagar, Udaipur and Agartala.
