Opposition Moves Supreme Court Over Voter Deletions in SIR

Rahul Gandhi and INDIA bloc MPs petitioned the Supreme Court on Monday seeking the removal of Chief Election Commissioner Gyanesh Kumar over alleged large-scale voter deletions in the Special Intensive Revision (SIR). The plea demands access to Election Commission records, an independent audit of deletions, and an interim stay on the SIR. The move followed a 'March for Democracy' in Delhi.
