BJP's Trivedi hits back at Rahul Gandhi over Punjab drug pledge

BJP spokesperson Sudhanshu Trivedi on Wednesday dismissed Rahul Gandhi's scepticism about the Centre's pledge to eradicate drug abuse in Punjab, saying the Congress leader does not understand what firmness of resolve means. Gandhi, speaking at the Congress 'Insaaf Rally' in Sangrur, had questioned whether the government would survive its three-year deadline and challenged PM Modi to a debate.
