Rahul Gandhi attacks Mann over Punjab drug menace

At an Insaaf rally in Sangrur, Rahul Gandhi accused Punjab Chief Minister Bhagwant Mann of arriving in Parliament with alcohol on his breath and attacked the AAP government for failing to curb drug abuse.
