UN Commission of Inquiry chair Justice Srinivasan Muralidhar told the General Assembly that Israeli security forces continue to commit war crimes, crimes against humanity and genocide a year after the October 2025 ceasefire. The report, drawing on medical records, satellite imagery and witness testimony, says over 75,000 Palestinians have been killed since 2023, including 21,500 children. It urges UN members to act.
