Democrats' Congress takeover threatens Trump's D.C. projects

With Democrats set to control Congress, President Donald Trump's efforts to remake Washington face new oversight. His projects include renaming and renovating the Kennedy Center, reworking a public golf course and building a giant arch. Rep.
