Congress backs NC only to keep BJP out, says Wani

Former Jammu and Kashmir Congress chief Vikar Rasool Wani said Congress supports the National Conference-led government solely to keep the BJP from power, calling Omar Abdullah's administration a "total failure" on its manifesto and guarantees. He said reported NC resentment over the Cabinet expansion is an internal matter, as more than 20 legislators and MP Aga Syed Ruhullah Mehdi voiced dissent.
