A 30-year-old Noida man, Sarthak Chauhan, cycled 2,500 kilometres from Rameswaram in Tamil Nadu to Ayodhya in Uttar Pradesh in 16 days, crossing seven states ahead of Diwali. Inspired by Lord Ram's journey, he completed the ride for the third consecutive year, setting out on Dussehra and arriving on Friday. He praised improved law and order in Uttar Pradesh for giving him confidence to travel alone.
