Typhoon Dolphin hits Japan, heads for China

Typhoon Dolphin struck Japan's Okinawa island, injuring five and cutting power to 14,000 buildings, and is moving toward eastern China, where authorities have closed ports, schools, and tourist sites. The storm, with winds up to 162 km/h, is expected to make landfall between Zhejiang and Fujian provinces, bringing heavy rain through August 12.
