Turkey restricts Black Sea ship traffic after attacks

Turkey has restricted commercial ship traffic into the Black Sea following a surge in Russian and Ukrainian attacks on vessels, including Turkish-owned ships. The Directorate General of Coastal Safety has told ships bound for Russia's Novorossiysk that transit permits are not being issued or are delayed.
