West Bengal Industry Minister Tapas Roy said the state is in talks with Tata Group to bring fresh investments, following Tata Motors' exit from Singur in 2008. The discussions cover expanding existing businesses or starting new units. Roy declined to comment on the arbitral award payment to Tata Motors.
