Zee Entertainment Q1 profit halves to Rs 74 crore

Zee Entertainment's Q1 FY27 profit after tax fell 48% to Rs 74.3 crore from Rs 143.7 crore a year earlier, as advertising revenue dropped 16% to Rs 671.4 crore due to the Middle East crisis and cricket. Total income rose nearly 5% to Rs 1,938.5 crore, while subscription revenue grew 15% to Rs 1,136.9 crore.
