Nottingham Forest owner Evangelos Marinakis has filed a defamation lawsuit against Crystal Palace over a banner depicting him holding a gun to Morgan Gibbs-White's head. The claim was lodged at the High Court on Monday. Palace was fined £50,000 by the FA in February over the incident.
