Russia's Supreme Court barred Yabloko, the only registered party opposing the Ukraine war, from September's parliamentary elections, upholding a suit by the pro-Kremlin Rodina party. Yabloko leader Nikolai Rybakov called the case an unconstitutional attack and vowed to appeal. The party, which has not won Duma seats since 2003, had only 3% support.
