Rijiju accuses Congress of avoiding student protest debate

Union Parliamentary Affairs Minister Kiren Rijiju accused Congress and other opposition parties of avoiding a discussion on student protests and disrupting Parliament. He said the government was ready for a detailed debate with Home Minister Amit Shah's response, but Congress ran away. The Monsoon Session is nearing its end.
