Kerala LPST rank holders end hunger strike after talks

Kerala LPST rank holders ended a 13-day hunger strike on Tuesday after talks with Education Minister N Samsudheen, who gave water to association secretary S Valarmathi to break the fast. The government sought 45 days to examine demands, including immediate appointments from the May 2025 PSC rank list and extending its validity. The protest outside the Secretariat will continue peacefully.
