Temasek and TPG have launched a Rs 1,750-crore block deal to sell about 11% in Dr Agarwals Healthcare, with an upsize option of Rs 250 crore. The floor price is Rs 500 per share, a 7.7% discount to the last close. IIFL Capital and Kotak Securities are managing the transaction.
