Brazil orders Discord to suspend livestreams after teen's death

Brazil's data protection authority has ordered Discord to suspend its livestreaming feature after a 13-year-old girl allegedly was encouraged to take her own life in a broadcast. Discord said it is reviewing the order and has shut down the server involved. The platform faces fines up to 50m reais ($9.67m) per violation.
