WorldView-3 Satellite Launched a Decade Ago

On Aug. 13, 2014, DigitalGlobe launched WorldView-3, then the sharpest-eyed Earth-observing satellite. Its high-resolution instruments could see through fog and smoke, aiding climate research, disaster monitoring, and even archaeological discoveries. The satellite continues to orbit Earth, providing critical data.
