Zetwerk filed its updated DRHP with SEBI on August 13 for an IPO, planning to raise Rs 2,600 crore via a fresh issue and an offer for sale of up to 96.84 million shares by existing shareholders. Proceeds will repay debt and fund acquisitions. The company's FY26 revenue rose 40% to Rs 15,913 crore.
