Hawaii WWII Internment Camp Opens to Public

For the first time, the National Park Service is offering public tours of Honouliuli, Hawaii's largest wartime detention site, which held Japanese Americans and POWs during World War II. The site, nicknamed 'Hell Valley,' operated from 1943 to 1946. Over 1,800 people are on the waiting list for the monthly tours.
