Sunshine Pictures, promoted by Vipul Shah and his wife Shefali, raised Rs 84.64 crore from nine anchor investors on August 17, a day before its Rs 282.1-crore IPO opens. The IPO, priced at Rs 342-360 per share, includes a fresh issue of Rs 172.8 crore and an offer-for-sale of Rs 109.3 crore. The issue runs from August 18 to 20, 2026.
