Rahul Gandhi alleges top-level delay in FIR in pellet gun case

Rahul Gandhi on Friday alleged that 'brakes on justice' were applied from the top, delaying the FIR in the Sahil Lochav pellet gun case. The FIR was registered after an eight-hour sit-in. Lochav, hit during July 20 protests, has pellets lodged in his body, including in his eye and near his heart.
