Ex-diplomats urge France, UK to sanction Israel

Over 100 former French and British diplomats have signed an open letter urging their governments to jointly sanction Israel, including halting arms transfers and suspending trade agreements, warning that Israeli policies threaten the possibility of a Palestinian state. The letter, published in Le Monde, calls for equal rights and action against settlement expansion and alleged ethnic cleansing.
