Roger Taylor revealed his mother organised Queen's first concert in Truro in June 1970 to raise funds for the British Red Cross. The band, then with Freddie Mercury, perfected harmonies in a Cornish cave. Taylor spoke ahead of his new solo album, Violence Insane in a Beautiful World.
