Bengaluru Launches Nambike Nakshe 2.0 for 30-Minute Building Approvals

The Greater Bengaluru Authority has launched Nambike Nakshe 2.0, an online system that cuts building plan approval time from months to 30 minutes. Initially piloted for plots up to 50x80 feet, it automates verification, eliminates middlemen, and retrieves property details via e-Khata. The system aims to reduce corruption and red tape, with plans to expand to commercial buildings later.
