Iran Sets New Conditions to End US War as Oil Tops $100

Iran's security chief Mohsen Rezaei has laid out Tehran's conditions to end its war with the United States, conveyed to Washington via Qatari mediators. Parliament Speaker Mohammad Bagher Ghalibaf said the Strait of Hormuz will stay closed until US commitments are met. Escalating attacks on tankers have pushed oil prices above $100 a barrel.
