Dubai Mourns Sheikh Ahmed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, 76

Dubai has declared 10 days of official mourning following the death of Sheikh Ahmed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, younger brother of Dubai's Ruler Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum. Sheikh Ahmed, 76, died on Monday, September 21, the Ruler's Court announced. Flags will fly at half-mast across the emirate. Leaders including UAE President Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan and Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi paid tribute.
