Twenty-seven parties are competing for 395 seats in Morocco's House of Representatives in elections on September 23. Campaigning has intensified across markets and online, with parties focusing on rising living costs, strained public services and youth unemployment, which stands at 37.3 percent for those aged 15 to 24. Some 15.8 million voters are registered.
